He catered for every single person at my husband's surprise party! the wide range of music was fantastic! there wasn't a moment when the dance floor was empty! everybody was up and everybody came to tell me how good Richard was! He was great with the kids and with the adults! Communication was great and Richard was very understanding In my hope to keep the party a secret!

"We used D is for Disco for our wedding and could not recommend him more highly. We found deciding on a DJ quite difficult as you can never be quite sure what you'll get (even if they do send a questionable track list!). However after reading Richard's testimonials and reviews, the choice was easy! We had the complete wedding package, and would honestly recommend it- value for money, use of... equipment, seamless transition from day to night, all without a hic-up!

He played all songs requested, before and during the wedding, and got everyone (of all generations) up and dancing- and kept them there!

Richard was a very professional DJ for our wedding, he even provided additional equipment for my sister to sing live at our service and was dressed appropriately, I thought he was one of the guests when I first walked in! "From the very first email exchange and phone call to the Wedding reception itself Richard's helpfulness and professionalism shone through, the home visit a week before the event was a brilliant added extra which helped to finalise the day itself.

The uplights were a perfect match for the colour scheme and it set the mood in the venue perfectly.

The day and night was a resounding success and the praise from the guests about the music was non stop. The pacing of the music to ensure everyone stayed dancing all night was brilliantly done. Barbara (60th Birthday) Haversham.

Richard was the DJ for the night of my mums, 60th birthday and he was really fantastic. It was a 1950s Rock and Roll themed party, he started out playing great scene setting music while all the guests arrived, got drinks and had something to eat. Slowly he interjected more modern music which got people on their feet and dancing. Once the dancing started it didn't stop all night. He played great tracks and special requests. Since the party my friends have said he was a great DJ and that their legs were aching from how much dancing they had done. That's a good sign of a great party...
